The Tuscan Chef oven is different from other outdoor ovens because it has two sections. In “black” wood-fired ovens, the fire is right in the cooking room, where the food is being cooked. “White” ovens have two different rooms, one for cooking and one for the fire.

It was made so that the GX-DL oven has the best parts of both types without any of the bad ones. This oven, like a white oven, has two different chambers that make it easy to prepare and clean. You can also add wood while cooking without getting the wood ash on your food. Heavy-duty firebricks line the oven’s upper chamber. You can put your pizza stone and other things straight on them to bake.

The lower part of the oven is where the fire goes in the upper part of the oven. There are vents on both sides of the oven that let smoke move from the lower fire chamber to the top one. This method gives your food the great smoky tastes that you’d get from a standard “black” wood-fired oven.

Since you’re not putting wood in the cooking area, there is plenty of room for many pizzas, cast iron skillets, or other foods.
